An update and a really helpful tool that can help you stop emotional eating or overeating! It is at least one piece of the puzzle anyway! This has helped me switch from soothing (associated with overeating, depression anxiety etc.) to solving (associated with high life satisfaction and not overeating!!!) in the face of life stressors! Soothing vs Solving in Emotional Eating video: www.youtube.com The audio I mentioned “Lessons in Mastery” Anthony Robbins Disc 2 track F

@ayidas Thanks so much for your kind words!! Ah I can so relate to treating it like its a sport! Painful stuff. I am excited to hear about your journey as you make these changes in your life.

Wow. I’m think I’m having a josielenore channel marathon right now. You are so genuine and it is truly appreciated. Thank you for incorporating your experiences and your studies into your presentations. They are truly inspiring. I have these moments where I just keep eating to the point of nausea and I just feel disgusting and idiotic. I treat eating like it’s a sport :( We will see if I can apply your teachings to my life. Thanks again!

I looked out the window and saw my friend’s car who lives next door – but gets to work by foot every day. Made an offer that made him very happy and yay I have a car twice a week. I have seen the car parking like a million times and NEVER thought of it! Thanks again!

    • Morit79 Says:

Hi, Wow it works!! I’m shocked!! Thank you!
In my country (Israel) owning a car is VERY expensive. Just buying it had 70% tax. And gas is very expensive (like twice what you would get in America). Good for the environment – bad for my pocket. Twice a week for work I REALLY need a car – am earning less because I miss out on work. But the rest of the week everything is walking distance. Also renting a car is crazy expensive here. So I asked the how question just like 5 time times… THEN

@sabknowsbest Wow what a nice comment…I am so incredibly humbled that these vids have helped to change your life…that is the absolute desire of my heart!! I was a size 10/12 and now I am a size 0 skirt…and size 0 was never something I even thought was possible..you can imagine my utter shock in the dressing room one day…eating pizza and cucumbers and everything in between when the size 2 skirt was too big! Hope this answers your question and thanks for the kind words!!!

    • josielenore Says:

@elissams (pt 2) sometimes it is a nushy mom hug or someone to care and be really nice to me…other times it is me wanting to escape the escalating critical ‘things won’t work out’ voice in my head….but the answer helps me back into what it is that I’m reaching for the food to resolve…if it feels like a match give it a try and I’d love to hear if it helps???

    • josielenore Says:

@elissams Hey there! The first audio is going to be released next month…it was a much longer project than I realized…but really exciting! Thanks so much for asking about them…after all the work it feels so good to know someone wants one :) !!! I can SO relate to the difficulty actually identifying the problem…one question I have asked that worked wonders is…”What am I wanting the food to be/do for me?” That somehow helps me back into what I am needing…sometimes it is ‘fun’ and ..

    • elissams Says:

Hey Josie!! How are you? Hope you’re having a great weekend:) so I am re- watching all your videos and on this one u mention a series of audio books that u were working on… So where can I find them? Also, on the theme you’re discussing, I realized that the hardest part for me is actually identifying my problem, not really trying to solve it, deal with it:(( For instance, I notice I have emotional hunger, then I ask myself, what is it that it is bothering me? And I can’t find the answer:((( (a

I browsed through the comments and notice that no one asked what size you were before you started this journey to recovery? I’m so excited that i found you and your videos I think have changed my life!

    • HateDoctor Says:

Do you have before pics before you’ve controlled your eating?

    • RaeStuff Says:

@josielenore i was just gonna ask about food and losing weight, but i would love to hear about the ladder as well. thanks josie

    • josielenore Says:

@RaeStuff Great question..do you mean empowering questions about food and losing weight…or the questions I asked to resolve issues that I used to eat about?
