The seven chakras (energy centers) of our body are represented in different colors with the heart (green) at the center. The heart is emphasized since it’s state determines the condition (emotional, spiritual, psychological, etc..) of our being. Let the isochronic tones entrain your brain to the alpha waves. As you focus at the center of the image, think of positive thoughts (caring, loving, kindness, gratitude, etc..) so as to bring yourself in to alignment with your true nature.
